**AVICULTURAL FARM CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS MANAGER** Education: Professional (CP or LAE Economics) Experience in the area: 2 years in a similar position **REQUIRED** **REQUIRED TO HAVE WORKED IN A RANCH, FARM OR SIMILAR ENVIRONMENT** Specific knowledge and skills: Knowledge of accounting and administration Collection techniques Financial statement analysis Discernment ability Work under pressure Interaction with various organizational levels Analytical judgment Conflict resolution Leadership Honesty and integrity Organization and attention to detail **BASIC FUNCTION.** Analyze, process, and prepare information to maintain the customer portfolio in optimal condition according to budget, establishing measurable, achievable, and cost-effective collection targets for the organization. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** \-Analysis of overdue accounts receivable \-Monitoring customer payment methods \-Supervision of correct identification and application of payments. \-Supervision of administrative communication regarding collections with customers, including sending account statements, phone calls, deposit confirmations, etc. Analysis of Customer Credit Terms \-Review of each customer's consumption behavior to adjust their credit lines in amount and term if necessary. \-Analysis and authorization of Held Orders Accounts Receivable Reports \-Preparation of Portfolio Reports by Branches for follow-up with Regional Managers and Management. \-Planning of inflows for weekly cash flow and monthly estimation. \-Determine, based on due dates, the collections expected weekly. \-Supervision of physical customer files \-General contact information \-Receipt documents (counter receipts or invoices signed by the customer) \-Cash reconciliations \-Administration of Digital Customer Files in System \-Review of new customer registrations \-Input of authorized credit terms into system \-Reconciliation of sales and collections \-Daily review of plant billing versus Shipping Reports Review of Credit Notes \-Review of Zero-Value Orders \-Daily review of income records versus Bank Account Statement \-Review of credit sales versus Accounts Receivable (balance confirmation) \-Liaison with Accounts Receivable Insurance \-Receive requests from sales administrators \-Preliminary analysis to determine amounts and terms and submission to insurance for final assessment. \-Follow-up on insurance responses to inform sales of approved coverage amounts.
