




**Job Opening: Human Resources Manager** ---------------------------------------- **Location:** Monterrey, NL **Work Mode:** On-site **Willingness to travel:** * Oaxaca: Once per month * Monterrey branches: Two visits per week ### **Position Objective** Lead the **creation, structuring, and development of the Human Resources Department**, Administration, and Human Capital Development, aligning HR processes with business strategy and ensuring efficient operations across all branches. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement the **Human Resources Department** from scratch. * Manage **recruitment and selection**, onboarding, and talent retention processes. * Implement HR policies, procedures, and administrative controls. * Supervise and execute **payroll preparation**, attendance tracking, and incident management. * Operate and manage **Nomipaq**. * Coordinate performance evaluations, development plans, and training programs. * Ensure compliance with current **labor legislation**. * Provide support to operational and administrative leaders. * Conduct periodic branch visits for follow-up, auditing, and mentoring. * Serve as a strategic partner to senior management on human capital matters. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience as an HR Manager or HR Head. * Demonstrable experience in **establishing HR departments**. * Solid knowledge of **payroll preparation and personnel administration**. * Proficiency in **Nomipaq** (mandatory). * Profile combining **operational and strategic capabilities**. * Willingness to travel (mandatory). * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. ### **Key Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making * Planning and organization * Results orientation * Operational focus * Negotiation ability * High professional ethics and confidentiality ### **We Offer** * Monthly salary: $28,000.00 MXN * Statutory benefits * Major and minor medical expenses coverage after 6 months * Opportunity to **create and lead the HR function** * Professional development and internal career growth * Collaborative work environment
