Requires proactivity and organization **ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Completed high school * Proficiency in Excel and Microsip * Proactive and organized * Must reside in Torreón (preferred). Easy access to Las Américas Industrial Park * **Shift rotation availability:** **Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Saturday** **Evening shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday** \*Rotation schedule: Two weeks on morning shift, one week on evening shift, and so on. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service for purchase and sales transactions * Billing * Reconciliation * Delivery confirmation * Reporting in Excel and document scanning **WE OFFER:** * Starting base salary: **$11,000 MXN per month**.
