Duties and Responsibilities:* Improve material flow (supermarket, kanban). * Analyze time and motion. * Generate standard work sheets. * Create visual process aids. * Design warehouse layout. * Manage new projects. * Record improvement ideas. * Audit 6S control. * Automate operational metrics. * Report storage capacity analysis. * Prepare supply requisitions for daily operations. * Perform flowcharting process. * Develop PFMEA. * Report on maintenance and improvement of picking list. * Report on standard maintenance packages. * Provide support for general departmental activities as required.
