Job Summary: Omni Printer is seeking a Printer Maintenance Technician to provide user support, installation, maintenance, and technical support for printing equipment. Key Highlights: 1. User support for installation and maintenance of printing equipment. 2. Knowledge of high-volume printing equipment (Konica, Lexmark, etc.). 3. Technical support and resolution of software and hardware issues. **Omni Printer is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Gómez Palacio, Durango** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- **PRINTER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Experience in a similar position. Tracking of tickets and requests from immediate supervisor. **Responsibilities:** * User support for installation, corrective and preventive maintenance of low- and high-volume printing equipment. * Knowledge of high-volume printing equipment: Konica, Lexmark, Canon, Xerox, etc. * Physical meter readings and readings via applications. * Management of supplies (toner, maintenance kits, imaging units, etc.) and consumables (alcohol, lint-free cloths, compressed air, etc.). * Tracking of installed base (number of on-site equipment and business channels or lines) to request spare parts and supplies. * Monitoring of printer statistics and performance. * Support for assigned clients. * Technical support: Resolution of software and hardware issues in printers. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits from day one.
