Job Description: General Job Description The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and directing daily warehouse operations, ensuring that receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality and service standards. The objective is to ensure achievement of departmental KPIs, proper resource management, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities * Plan and assign daily tasks to team leaders and operators. * Supervise staff performance, providing feedback, recognition, and managing disciplinary actions as appropriate. * Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and regulations, promoting proper use of PPE and a safe working environment. * Monitor and ensure achievement of established productivity, efficiency, and quality targets. * Track key performance indicators such as safety, downtime, productivity, and inventory accuracy. * Ensure correct execution of processes including Kanban, cycle counts, ABC inventory classification, and plan-for-every-part-number. * Facilitate continuous improvement of warehouse area processes. Academic Requirements * Industrial Engineering or related field. Required Experience and Knowledge * 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or similar supervisory roles. * Knowledge of: + Plan-for-every-part-number + Kanban + Cycle counts + ABC inventory classification * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Results-oriented mindset and KPI-based management.
