**Job Description** ------------------------- Support the proper execution of field activities by personnel in Aggregates Quarries. Monitor compliance with preventive maintenance, improve processes, and consistently promote a safe working environment. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Supervision of field activities * Equipment monitoring * Material monitoring * Raw material inspection * Follow-up on maintenance routines * Execution of A3, 5S * Completion and inspection of take 5 and work permits * Plan and schedule, together with Maintenance, maintenance activities for production equipment. * Develop facility improvement plans. * Control stages of the cement production process * Organize and supervise personnel activities, setting priorities for addressing dysfunctions or failures. * Monitor and ensure operational continuity. * Verify and apply quality systems. * Analyze and solve actual and potential equipment problems. **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Reduce the negative impact of maintenance failures on operations. * Promote adherence to maintenance activities. * Create/modify required maintenance routines to ensure good equipment condition. * Increase reliability of plant equipment. * Optimal backlog **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: Engineering degree Required Experience: * Personnel management * Maintenance and processes Required Knowledge: * Office 365 * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Failure, cost, and budget analysis. * Reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
