A leading construction company requires a Controller with experience in construction-related enterprises, with a minimum of 5 years in financial or accounting control (within construction, infrastructure, or engineering firms). **Construction Controller** **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. Preferred: Specialization in management control, corporate finance, or construction. * Project/Construction-based management control. * Accounting standards. * ERP system proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar industry-specific systems). * Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI preferred). * Knowledge of cost structures and progress valuation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Construction budget control: Monitor and analyze budgets versus construction progress. * Identify variances and propose corrective actions. * Financial and accounting closing: Coordinate monthly and annual closings. Supervise reconciliations, accruals, and accounting entries. * Project cost management: Track direct and indirect costs per project/construction. * Collaborate with the construction department on cost estimations and adjustments. * Reporting and KPIs: Prepare financial and management reports for senior management. Design and maintain construction-specific KPIs: profitability, physical-financial progress, cash flow. * Auditing and compliance: Ensure tax and regulatory compliance. Coordinate internal and external audits. * Decision-support: Provide financial analysis for tenders, awarding processes, and major procurement.
