Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer with experience in CNC machining process optimization, advanced programming, and technical leadership for process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Technical leadership in machining process improvement and maintenance. 2. Experience in advanced programming and configuration of machining centers. 3. Proficiency in CAD/CAM (Solidworks) and GD&T tolerance control. **Job Profile:** * Education: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Engineer with \+5 years of experience in CNC machining process optimization * Intermediate English (preferred) * Salary based on experience **Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:** * Specialist in advanced programming and configuration of machining centers (Fanuc / Mazak) * Prepare customer-specific documentation regarding production capabilities and forecasts * Provide technical leadership for machining process improvement and maintenance * Strong ability to analyze fixtures, cutting tools, and machining processes * **Technical Proficiency:** CAD/CAM (Solidworks) programming and GD\&T tolerance control * **Optimization:** Expertise in cycle time reduction and tool life improvement ***BENEFITS EXCEEDING LEGAL REQUIREMENTS*** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: $18,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Language: * ENGLISH (Required) Work Location: In person
