**Major Automotive Agency is seeking** **Service Advisor** **Requirements:** * Gender indifferent. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Business or related field. * Age 25 and above. * Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in the same position within automotive agencies. * Customer service attitude and good communication skills. **Responsibilities:** * Review all relevant vehicle documentation for scheduled appointments prior to the customer's arrival, coordinating with the Service Assistant. * Professionally, respectfully, and courteously advise customers regarding vehicle service and/or repair needs. * Accurately diagnose service requirements and prepare the repair order including customer details, vehicle information, and inventory. * Inform the customer of any additional or previously undetected issues identified during repairs, and request authorization to expand the repair order if necessary. **Offer:** * Base salary plus commissions * Statutory and additional benefits * Growth opportunities * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday Position type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite contract * Life insurance Work location: On-site position
