Yes, as a pre-owned vehicle agency, we offer multiple financing options—from banks such as BBVA, SANTANDER, and HSBC—to local and national financial institutions. We strive to provide you with the best financing option to acquire one of our vehicles. The majority of our vehicles are purchased with a 25% down payment, and we offer repayment plans of up to 60 months. * Restrictions apply (the newer the vehicle, the longer the maximum repayment term). 3.- Do you accept trade-ins? Yes, we accept trade-ins upon prior appraisal—if your vehicle is located in the Laguna Region, Durango, or Saltillo, Coahuila, we can conduct the appraisal at any of our agencies. If you contact us from another city, we request detailed videos and photographs of the vehicle, along with its original invoice(s) (in case it has been re-invoiced more than once); based on this, we provide a preliminary offer. Once the vehicle is in our possession, we verify that it is indeed in excellent condition and honor the offer. If the vehicle has any undisclosed or previously unconsidered issues, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the offer. 4.- How do I purchase one of your vehicles if I am located in another city? We will send you detailed videos and photographs of the vehicle upon your request, so you can verify its condition. You may also arrange an inspection/diagnostic through a trusted dealership or repair shop (third-party intermediary) of your choice—we handle coordination, but the inspection cost is borne by the customer. Alternatively, you may send someone to inspect the vehicle on your behalf. 5.- Do you provide the original invoice upon purchasing a vehicle from you? The vehicles we sell are re-invoiced by Automall S.A. de C.V. If the vehicle originally came from an individual, the original invoice remains with us, and we provide you with a copy of the original invoice. If the vehicle originated from a legal entity, the original invoice remains with that entity, and we retain a copy. 6.- Occasionally, we do not list all available vehicles; therefore, if you are searching for a specific vehicle, please contact us—we handle all automobile brands.
