**Job Description:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. **General Objective:** Ensure conformance of Milwaukee Tools product validation results through reliability engineering expertise. **Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:** * 1\-3 years of experience in new product development processes, with emphasis on design. * Advanced knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods such as 8D. * Prior relevant experience with Design of Experiments, life data analysis, and other statistical tools and software (e.g., Minitab, ReliaSoft, Monte Carlo). * Experience in test plan development. * Advanced experience in mechanical and electronic systems. * Collaborate with teams in the U.S. and Asia for technical benchmarking and resolving technical queries. * Perform statistical analysis (e.g., Weibull analysis, reliability distributions, matrices) to interpret test results and generate reports with clear conclusions. * Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with established timelines and processes.
