At least 6 months of experience as a Technical Support Technician. Job Responsibilities: Planning of field technical support visits. Operating system updates, installations, and replacements at point-of-sale locations. Equipment updates and installations at point-of-sale locations. Peripheral installation and support. Diagnosis and resolution of internet connectivity issues, including reporting to service providers. CCTV installation and support. Telecommunications equipment installation and support (router, switch, access point). Preventive maintenance of installed devices. Recording all activities in the mobile app. Required Knowledge: Basic networking knowledge. Hardware repair. Daily software and hardware support for end users. At the server level: maintaining server hardware and software, including maintenance and monitoring of their integration with the network (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), as well as proper configuration of network services provided by servers.
