Investigates incidents and conducts risk analyses for prevention. **Job Description** Responsible for ensuring optimal safety and hygiene conditions in the plant, supervising high-risk tasks, managing emergency response teams and committees, and ensuring regulatory compliance in safety, health, and environmental matters. **Education and Experience Requirements** * Industrial, Chemical, Environmental, Safety, or Civil Protection Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Regulatory knowledge of **STPS**, **Civil Protection**, and **SEMARNAT**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of **ISO 14001** and first aid. * Proficiency in accident investigation methodologies (Fault Tree Analysis, Five Whys Method, Cause Tree Analysis). **Main Responsibilities** * Inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and emergency equipment. * Supervision of high-risk tasks to minimize occupational accidents. * Support in managing the **Safety and Hygiene Committee (CSH)**, including inspections and training sessions. * Conducting periodic safety training sessions. * Supporting the management of emergency response teams. * Tracking and investigating work-related incidents and accidents. * Developing job- and area-specific risk assessments, machinery safety analyses, and PPE matrices. * Conducting daily inspections and internal audits to improve safety and hygiene conditions. * Assisting in developing safety and health procedures, instructions, and forms. * Collecting hazardous waste from generating areas. * Issuing high-risk work permits.
