JOIN OUR TEAM — We are seeking: DAIRY FARM MANAGER Position Objective: Responsible for supervising daily operations of a dairy farm. This role ensures optimal milk production levels, animal welfare, staff performance, and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Dairy Farm Manager plays a key leadership role in driving operational efficiency and long-term sustainability. Requirements and Experience: * Flexible working hours * No transportation issues * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in a similar position * Education: Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related field * Flexible working hours * No transportation issues * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in a similar position * Education: Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related field • Extensive hands-on experience in dairy production and/or processing operations * Demonstrated leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities * Solid knowledge of dairy regulations, food safety, and quality assurance * Ability to operate and supervise farm equipment and machinery * Willingness to work in a physically demanding, on-farm operational environment **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily dairy farm operations. * Lead, train, and manage staff, including scheduling coordination and performance evaluation. * Monitor herd health, reproduction, and nutrition, implementing preventive programs. * Supervise maintenance of equipment, milking systems, and facilities. * Develop, implement, and enforce biosecurity, safety, and animal welfare protocols. * Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. * Supervise milk handling, processing, storage, and packaging (where applicable). * Manage inventories and coordinate procurement of supplies, feed, and consumables. * Maintain accurate production and operational records for data-driven decision-making. * Prepare and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
