**Position Opening: Couples Therapist** **Who We Are** At **Be You Selfcare Center**, we are a holistic wellness space integrating psychology, coaching, nutrition, and personal image—focused on strengthening emotional health, affective bonds, and personal growth. **Position Objective** To provide specialized therapeutic support to couples, guiding them in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening their bond through ethical, empathetic, and evidence-based interventions. **Responsibilities** * Deliver in-person and/or online couples therapy. * Conduct initial assessments of relational dynamics. * Design and implement therapeutic intervention plans for couples. * Facilitate communication processes, conflict management, and agreement-building. * Monitor therapeutic progress and provide feedback. * Maintain up-to-date and confidential clinical records. * Collaborate with the center’s interdisciplinary team. * Refer clients to other specialists when required. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (degree and professional license mandatory). * Training in Couples Therapy and/or Family Therapy (certificate program, specialization, or master’s degree preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience providing therapeutic services to couples. * Availability for in-person and/or online sessions. **Competencies** * Empathy, objectivity, and therapeutic neutrality. * Active listening and assertive communication skills. * Ability to manage emotional and relational conflicts. * Professional ethics and confidentiality. * Clinical analysis and management of relational dynamics. * Alignment with Be You’s holistic and human-centered approach. **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a growing holistic wellness center. * A professional, collaborative, and respectful work environment. * Flexible scheduling. * Administrative support and patient reception assistance. * Professional development opportunities. **Apply through this channel.** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $300.00 – $500.00 per hour Expected Hours: 5 to 10 hours per week Work Location: On-site employment
