Specialization in construction management, logistics or procurement is desirable. 3–5 years of experience in procurement within construction or development companies. Reside in Torreon, Gomez, Lerdo Proficiency in Enkontrol is preferred Responsibilities: Request quotes, compare and negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery times and warranties. Prepare supplier comparison charts and propose the best options to management. Identify, select and evaluate material suppliers and subcontractors. Maintain an updated supplier registry with performance evaluations. Collect, verify and archive mandatory supplier documentation (REPSE, SIROC, RFC, IMSS, SAT, insurance policies). Support in drafting and monitoring supply and subcontracting agreements. Understand material specifications and yields to advise on input selection. Maintain document control for quotations, purchase orders, contracts and deliveries. Prepare periodic reports on cost savings, cost variances and purchasing status.
