***ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR***
**OBJECTIVE:** Credit and Collections Administrator, Cash Control, Field Market Tender Management & Account Reconciliation & Daily Closings — ensuring cash flow while strategically contributing to Comarca Agrícola’s corporate goals as a sales driver through proper accounts receivable management.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, CPA, or related field.
* **Willingness to supervise branches across the region (Matamoros, San Pedro, Chavez, Parras, Nava).**
* 3 years of experience in Credit and Collections.
* Knowledge of Finance and Accounting.
* Knowledge of collections management.
* Skills in Statistics and Mathematics.
* Familiarity with Credit Line Structure (Origination, Recovery, Negotiation & Audits).

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Executive reporting on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), files, and cash counts.
* Analysis & evaluation of the Customer Master File and Credit Pipeline Control.
* Analysis & control of branch cash boxes.
* Field audits of sales representatives & delinquent customers.
* Cash box counts.
* KPI analysis (Accounts Receivable Days, Delinquency Rate, Accounts Receivable Turnover, Operational Cash Flow, Historical Collection Reports by Route, Customer & Season).
* Collaborating cross-functionally with support areas (Accounting, Finance, Internal Control, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations).
* Establishing policies for credit line assessment, proper origination, and protection of each credit line.
* Developing strategic alliances with financial institutions and third-party collection service providers.
* Presenting executive reports to Senior Management & General Management regarding area risks, opportunities, and performance.
