1. Develop and update weekly and monthly production plans * Analyze sales orders, machine capacities, and standard process times. 2. Generate planning and production KPI reports * Productivity, plan compliance, plant efficiency, material waste, among others. * Use tools such as Excel or Power BI to visualize and analyze data. 3. Participate in continuous improvement projects * Analyze processes to optimize material flow or waiting times. * Document procedures and process diagrams (e.g., batch control or scheduling). * Ensure production plans align with business priorities and installed capacity. General knowledge required 1. Intermediate proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools * Pivot tables, formulas, charts, and Google Sheets. 2. Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement * Waste identification (muda), 5S, line balancing, diagrams. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to clearly document information and prepare reports.
