Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer or related degree holder with experience in materials handling to manage inventories, purchases, deliveries, and audits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive inventory and materials management 2. Preparation and tracking of purchase requisitions 3. Identification and management of obsolete parts **Minimum Requirements** · Completed Industrial Engineering degree or related field · +3 years of experience in a similar position · +3 years of experience in materials handling · Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office **Main Responsibilities** · Preparation and tracking of purchase requisitions · Inventory control · Providing tool and spare parts delivery service requested by staff · Verifying order reports. · Audits · Material receipts and issues in the system · Downloading receiving reports. · Correctly locating incoming material · Daily system adjustments regarding location and quantity of parts. · Registering all newly generated parts in the system · Identifying obsolete and/or inactive parts to update the system · Generating inventory cost reports for Tool Crib. · Updating information in the system · Tracking supplier payments.
