Dynamic and collaborative work environment **Job Description** At Pinturas Acuario del Norte, we are looking for a **Purchasing Assistant**. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, International Business, Logistics, or related field. * Experience: At least 1 year of experience in purchasing. * Skills: Ability to negotiate with suppliers, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Job Responsibilities:** * Request quotations and conduct price, quality, and delivery-time comparisons. * Control and archive procurement-related documentation (invoices, purchase orders, contracts, etc.). * Support the management and tracking of purchase orders. * Maintain and update supplier and product databases. * Coordinate material receipt and verify compliance with required specifications. * Provide support in negotiations with suppliers regarding costs, delivery schedules, and payment terms. * Assist in preparing reports and performance indicators for the department. * Maintain communication with various departments to understand their procurement needs. **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in ERP systems or procurement management software. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Opportunities for training and professional development. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Company phone. * Food vouchers. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
