A leading Mexican company with 70 years of experience in consolidated transportation and parcel delivery services, is seeking a "QUALITY INSPECTOR FOR PARCEL DELIVERY". **Job Objective:** * Identify parcels outside the service offering and/or with visible damage. * Verify packaging conditions. * Identify improper packaging, loading/unloading practices, and report them to the Quality Coordinator. **Main Responsibilities:** Inspect loading and unloading operations in the warehouse to ensure all processes are performed correctly (cargo handling, incident logging, proper use of PPE, evidence collection). \* Floor audits. \* Branch audits according to the internal audit program requirements. \* Notify Quality Coordinators regarding supplies needed for packaging reconditioning. \* Control and tracking of goods in the quarantine area (applicable at Type A branches). \* Provide feedback to warehouse and last-mile personnel in case of operational incidents. * ***Requirements:*** **Education:** Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * ***Desired Experience and Competencies:*** Quality assurance, quality inspector, quality assistant, supervisor, courier/logistics company, or related field. * ISO 9001:2015, C\-TPAT * Parcel Office * Power BI * Root cause analysis and quality control tools * Knowledge of packaging and cargo insurance handling **Competencies:** Teamwork, effective communication, proactivity, dynamism, problem-solving ability, strong commitment to quality standards. **WE OFFER:** * 5% Savings Fund contribution * Savings account * 24 days of year-end bonus * 30% vacation premium * 12 vacation days Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Company parking * Free parking * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
