We are seeking: WORKSHOP MANAGER Position Objective: Manage resources to achieve maximum team productivity with high-quality standards. Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance operations while ensuring the quality of work carried out by your team. Requirements: * Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Mechanical Engineering * Experience in a similar position Responsibilities and knowledge: * Advise technicians on complex repairs. * Timely detection of vehicle defects * Management and collection of warranty claims from automotive plants * Ensure that repairs performed are correct and that the vehicle is delivered to the customer in optimal condition * Request necessary spare parts to carry out required repairs * Ensure staff possess the knowledge and skills required to properly perform their duties and achieve customer satisfaction. * Service quality indicators We Offer: * $8,370 + Commissions (can reach up to 25k) * Biweekly payment * Statutory benefits * Job stability Working Hours: Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
