




Position Summary: Drive the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) strategy by promoting communication, influencing behaviors, and acting as guardian of the SHE management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Drives the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) strategy. 2. Acts as guardian of the factory’s SHE management systems. 3. Leads environmental and safety incident prevention projects. **Physical Location: Toluca EdMex, Coffee Factory.** **Position Purpose:** Drive the site’s Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) strategy by promoting communication and serving as liaison with site departments, influencing work team behaviors, acting as guardian of the factory’s SHE (Safety, Health and Ecology) management systems, analyzing area indicators, trends, opportunities and improvement areas at the site, executing projects focused on preventing and reducing environmental and safety incidents with an SHE (Safety, Health and Ecology) approach in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Additionally, support audits, incident investigations, SHE (Safety, Health and Ecology) compliance follow-up, leveraging Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) tools to meet Safety, Health and Ecology programs. **Required Knowledge / Experience:** * Completed education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial or Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * 1–2 years’ experience working on Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) strategy within fast-moving consumer goods companies; food industry experience preferred. * Intermediate/Advanced English. * Numerical and statistical skills and their application in the field. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF…** 1\.\- **Data Capture and Analysis**: Manage, capture, analyze and interpret data using SHE management tools (SHEPM, Inexus, Nestlé Environment Requirements, Assessment Compliance, Nestlé Product Development Innovation, Opinio) to generate action plans addressing identified gaps and foster continuous improvement. 2\.\- **Advisory Support**: Provide support in factory risk assessments, environmental aspects evaluation, incident investigations, corrective actions and audits. Guide colleagues from other areas to make decisions with safety leadership and foster the “Friend Helping Friend” culture to achieve a safe and sustainable environment. 3\.\- **Adherence to Principles**: Ensure compliance with company SHE principles, policies and requirements—including NCE, TPM, LEAN, NEMS and NSMS—through self-assessments, action plan follow-up and execution of projects improving the integrated management system. Monitor compliance with the legal matrix for safety, health and environment, ensuring it remains up-to-date and that requirements are met timely and accurately. 4\-.**Maintenance and Improvement**: Support implementation, control and improvement of the SHE management system by developing projects, implementing specific tools and showcasing initiatives as part of the site’s SHE program, utilizing TPM tools to maintain and achieve relevant certifications. 5\.\- **Training and Feedback**: Transfer knowledge through participation in interdisciplinary groups focused on safety, health and environment. Train internal and external personnel on basic compliance topics, providing feedback to the SHE team to promote continuous improvement and raise awareness on SHE topics to prevent deviations from safe behaviors. 6\.\- **SHE Data Analysis**: Investigate root causes of deviations in SHE data to provide accurate information compliant with applicable national, international and internal regulations on safety, health and environment. 7\. **Risk Awareness:** Recognize and identify hazards and risks in work areas, safeguarding my own safety, the safety of people around me and the environment. Apply established safety and environmental standards and protocols to prevent accidents and reduce environmental impact.
