The selected candidate will play a key role in the **management, supervision, and administration** of projects, ensuring compliance with cost and budget requirements. Responsibilities * Administrative organization and control of projects. * Payroll preparation. * Logbook tracking. * Control of construction expenses and budgets. * Authorization of purchases. Skills and Knowledge * Proficiency in PC use and administrative tools. * Positive attitude, responsibility, cooperation, and availability. * Organizational skills and proactivity in project management. Requirements * Degree: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Age: 23 years or older. * Minimum 1 year of experience in construction control. Work Schedule * Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (including 1-hour lunch break). * Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. * Day off: Sunday.
