Job Summary: This position is the operational support engine of the commercial team, focused on freeing KAMs from operational and administrative tasks so they can concentrate on sales. Ensures a clean CRM and rapid lead response Relieves operational and administrative burdens from Commercial Executives (KAMs) so they can focus exclusively on prospecting, quoting, follow-up, and closing sales. This position serves as the support engine for the commercial team: it ensures the CRM remains clean and up-to-date, incoming leads are promptly attended to and filtered, quotations flow without delays, and recurring revenue billing is executed timely and accurately.
