Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Private Security Training Specialist to develop and deliver training programs, manage personnel, and improve the work environment. Promotes positive change among staff We are currently looking for a Training Specialist in the field of Private Security, with proven experience in the required role and industry, accustomed to working under results-oriented pressure. You must possess a positive attitude, be proactive, skilled in interpersonal communication, experienced in personnel management, capable of managing and improving the work environment, receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. Main Responsibilities: * Deliver training sessions aligned with the annual training program. * Develop and implement training programs for operational and administrative staff. * Prepare performance indicators for the department. * Provide induction courses for newly hired staff. * Conduct staff training evaluations and establish actions for continuous improvement. * Develop instructional materials for training sessions. * Promote positive change among administrative\-operational PU staff. * Issue certificates for completed training courses. Requirements: * Minimum two years of verifiable experience in this position. * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Proficiency in document management platforms. * Database management skills. * Calendar and file management. * Experience managing e\-learning platforms. * Experience managing videoconferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.). * Proficiency in technological tools (ERP, SIRCE, etc.). * Prepare and maintain up-to-date records, reports, and databases for the department. * Willingness to travel. * Flexible working hours.
