




Job responsibilities: * Opening and closing the restaurant. * Supervising the operation of kitchen, bar, and dining area. * Checking cleanliness, organization, and setup of the restaurant before and during service. * Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations (NOM\-251\). * Customer service. * Greeting customers and supervising table service. * Resolving complaints, comments, and special requests. * Following up on experiences of regular customers. * Personnel management. * Planning and assigning roles and schedules. * Supervising task fulfillment and service standards. * Training staff in customer service, hygienic food handling, and operations. * Evaluating performance and promoting a positive work environment. * Administrative control. * Inventory management: food, beverages, supplies, and utensils. * Placing orders and verifying deliveries. * Basic cash handling, daily cashouts, and deposits. * Monitoring expenses and assisting in cost control.
