As leaders in construction project management and development, we seek a **Construction Project Manager** focused on the comprehensive planning, control, and execution of projects, possessing strategic vision and leadership capabilities. **Responsibilities** * Develop the project master plan (scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risks). * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, design, construction, and supervision. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive reports. * Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and scope changes. * Implement cost-optimization strategies and risk mitigation measures. * Ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of technical and financial objectives. **Requirements** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred). * Experience: Over 7 years in comprehensive construction project management (vertical, industrial, or infrastructure projects). * Knowledge of: * PMI, Lean Construction, BIM, financial and budgetary control. * EPC, lump-sum, or unit-price contracts. * Tools: MS Project, Primavera (preferred), Revit/BIM. * Key competencies: strategic leadership, negotiation, analytical thinking, decision-making. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Participation in large-scale projects with corporate visibility. * Project Location: Naucalpan Salary: $28,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
