




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with expertise in portals and tax documentation to draft, review, and manage contracts, tax documents, and customer portals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive documentation management and customer portals 2. Contract drafting and review 3. Regulatory compliance tracking and tax filings Requirements: · Portal management knowledge · Ability to identify tax documents, payroll records, and IMSS documents · Knowledge of REPSE Tasks to be performed: · Drafting and reviewing customer contracts · Collecting tax documents · Uploading documentation to portals: taxes, employee database · Tracking Fonacot credits · Keeping customer portals up to date · Sending IMSS certificates, Infonavit certificates, and tax payment receipts · Renewing supplier registry · Quarterly tax filings: ICSOE, SISUB · Maintaining customer folders: SISUB and ICSOE, manifests, payroll records, portal guide containing each customer’s username and password, list of operators per service and customer · Vehicle circulation permits, municipal permits, and vehicle inspections · Updating documents in Drive · Preparing documents for supplier registration Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Position Type: Full-time, Seasonal Contract Duration: 4 months Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Company phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Meal vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
