Job Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate production activities at the plant. * Plan activities for personnel under supervision. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Monitor and control manufacturing processes. * Train and lead the work team to achieve production goals. * Track and analyze performance indicators. Requirements: Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in: Costs Inventory Personnel management Production planning Process improvements Areas for improvement Handcrafted manufacturing (molding and fiberglass fabrication)\- preferred Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm Weekly take-home pay.
