Residence in Xalapa, Úrsulo Galván, Cardel, Cerro Gordo, or Puente Nacional is valued but not required. **Required Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory). * Minimum of 4 years of experience as a General Accountant. * Strong knowledge of general accounting, taxes, and personnel management. * Leadership skills, results-oriented, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and numerical analysis. * Proactive, reliable profile with sound judgment. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure the hotel's accounting and financial compliance. * Supervise general accounting and issue monthly financial statements. * Coordinate annual budgets and internal control systems. * Fulfill tax and regulatory obligations. * Manage assets, purchases, expenses, and payroll. * Lead, train, and supervise accounting staff.
