Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible Logistics Manager to oversee overall supply chain management, organizing and supervising storage, distribution, and optimization of the entire order cycle. Key Highlights: 1. Manage warehouse, transportation, and customer service logistics. 2. Lead and manage personnel across the supply chain. 3. Proficiency in software such as Excel and SAP, with excellent analytical skills. We are seeking a responsible Logistics Manager for overall supply chain management. Responsibilities: Organize and supervise product storage and distribution. Strategically plan and manage logistics for warehousing, transportation, and customer service. Direct, optimize, and coordinate the entire order cycle. Maintain records of quality, quantity, inventory levels, delivery deadlines, transportation costs, and efficiency. Arrange warehouse layout, catalog products, plan routes, and process shipments. Resolve any issues or complaints that arise. Supervise, advise, and train warehouse staff. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness objectives. Maintain metrics and analyze data to evaluate performance and implement improvements to the vehicle fleet. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Logistics Manager. Proven track record of success in distribution and logistics management. Demonstrable ability to lead and manage personnel. Proficiency in software (Excel and preferably SAP). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
