




Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Worker for Café la Parroquia in Xalapa, responsible for warehouse control and operation, supply management, and achievement of objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure proper warehouse control and operation. 2. Inventory management, FIFO, and purchase control. 3. Receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies. At Café la Parroquia Veracruz Branches Xalapa, we seek someone who enjoys challenges, can manage our warehouse including its incoming and outgoing flows, and fulfill restaurant supply management. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Competencies: • Inventory control and stock level definition (maximum and minimum) • Hygienic food handling and storage (NOMs and/or certifications) • FIFO system and product rotation • Procurement process and related administrative tools • Proficiency in PC use and warehouse management software • High organizational skills = Ability to coordinate teams • Efficiency = Sense of time, urgency, and attention to detail • Practicality = Orientation toward improvement and problem-solving • Adherence to standards and/or guidelines · Completed high school education · Age: 23 to 45 years · Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions Gender: Preferably male Objective Ensure proper control and operation of the branch warehouse. Maintain full control over all supplies and timely deliver them to production areas, fulfilling company objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES a. Receiving supplies from vendors and inter-warehouse transfers b. Storing supplies according to regulations and their specific characteristics c. Washing and disinfecting fruits and vegetables d. Distributing supplies to the branch’s production areas e. Inventory counting f. Monitoring temperatures of refrigeration and freezing equipment g. Cleaning equipment h. Generating purchase requests i. Conducting inventory audits j. Recording entries and exits in the system k. Controlling warehouse entries l.
