Hotel Manager Candidate Profile We are seeking a person with approachable leadership, sensitivity toward nature, and a genuine service vocation, capable of managing a 24-room boutique hotel integrated within an ecological reserve, including social event operations, destination weddings, and wellness experiences. Key Responsibilities * Comprehensive management of hotel, restaurant, and experience operations. * Organization, coordination, and supervision of social events and weddings. * Team management and leadership. * Ensuring high standards of hospitality and guest experience. * Basic operational control: occupancy, costs, suppliers, and service quality. * Handling quotation requests through various channels. * Guest communication via social media and WhatsApp. * Maintaining and aligning operations with the project’s sustainable vision. Ideal Candidate Profile * Prior experience as manager or assistant manager in a boutique hotel, hacienda, countryside hotel, or nature-based hotel. * Experience in managing social events and weddings. * Strong service orientation, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability. * Human-centered leadership and teamwork skills. * Sensitivity toward conservation projects, wellness, and responsible tourism.
