Due to service expansion, we invite you to join our team as a Junior IT Infrastructure Engineer. **Work Location:** Miguel Hidaldo; willingness to travel to Tulpetlac, Ecatepec de Morelos, and Xalostoc **Work Modality:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 hrs. Preference for candidates with personal vehicle for commuting or no difficulty using public transportation **Responsibilities:** Intermediate-level IT infrastructure support and administration. Management and monitoring of virtual environments using VMware and Hyper\-V. Administration and support of physical servers (HPE and Dell). Network configuration and support using Cisco and Meraki equipment. Administration of Windows Server operating systems. Basic support for SQL Server databases. Backup management and monitoring using Veeam Backup. Incident response and resolution for infrastructure-related issues. Support in implementing infrastructure improvements and projects. Technical documentation of configurations and procedures.
