Execute plans to meet the operational business needs of your area, ensuring that Development Managers and assigned agents achieve established KPIs and thereby contribute to branch profitability. 2. Conduct the DM onboarding process (Shadowing) to ensure the DM understands the business operations and the scope of their responsibilities. 3. Plan and implement measures—jointly with the Security Department—to reduce risks and mitigate situations or practices impacting operations. 4. Supervise Branch Managers and agents to ensure they follow company policies, credit controls, current legislation, and security practices, thereby guaranteeing smooth operational flow. 5.
