Team development and attainment of business objectives **STORE MANAGER** **Location:** *XALAPA, VERACRUZ* We are looking for a professional responsible for the **overall operation of a multi-brand motorcycle retail outlet**, for the opening of a new branch, ensuring achievement of business objectives, team development, and proper execution of administrative and operational processes. The primary function is to **lead, supervise, and optimize daily store activities**, guaranteeing a positive customer experience and results achievement. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise staff and daily operations. * Achieve sales targets and inventory control. * Resolve incidents and maintain a positive work environment. * Report results and monitor key performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Minimum \>2 years of experience in similar positions with personnel reporting to the candidate (retail or sales). * Incomplete bachelor’s degree or technical degree in a related field. * Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
