Job Summary: Omni Printer is seeking a Printer Maintenance Technician to provide technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, and supply management for printing equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. User support and technical assistance for printing equipment. 2. Supply and consumables management for printers. 3. Monitoring and control of printing equipment. **Omni Printer is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Alto Lucero, Gutiérrez Barrios, Veracruz** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **PRINTER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Experience in a similar position. Tracking of tickets and requests from immediate supervisor. **Responsibilities:** * User support for installation, corrective and preventive maintenance of low- and high-volume printing equipment. * Knowledge of high-volume printing equipment (e.g., Konica, Lexmark, Canon, Xerox). * Physical meter readings and readings via applications. * Supply management (toner, maintenance kits, imaging units, etc.) and consumables (alcohol, lint-free cloths, compressed air, etc.). * Monitoring of the installed base (number of on-site devices and business channels or lines) to request spare parts and supplies. * Statistical tracking and performance monitoring of printing equipment. * Support for assigned clients. * Technical support: Resolution of software and hardware issues in printers. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits from day one.
