Develop and maintain project-specific construction practices. Control and coordinate construction activities to ensure assigned projects are delivered to client satisfaction and in accordance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget parameters. **Responsibilities:** • The supervisor’s primary role is to support and guide contractors and project personnel on quality matters to achieve efficient development in accordance with engineering documents, specifications, and regulations; safe, on-time, and on-budget project completion. • Work closely with the project management team to ensure project construction work complies with design, specifications, and regulations. Specific Responsibilities: • • Manage and coordinate receipt, assembly, and installation activities for water generation equipment, autoclaves, laminar flow hoods, freezing chambers, cooling towers, pre-fermentation tanks, pasteurization tanks, centrifuges, CIP/SIP solution tanks, PET silos, laboratory equipment, clean steam generators, HVAC systems, nitrogen tanks, and others. • Assist in identifying and quantifying scope-of-work variations. • Inspect and receive materials supplied by the client and report on their usage. • Work closely with the project team and contractors to ensure work completion in accordance with required design, specifications, and regulations. • Assist in managing interfaces between contractors to minimize project schedule delays. • Ensure contractor compliance with HSE policies and procedures. • Strong problem-solving skills to support project progress, analyze and evaluate engineering discrepancies, and implement appropriate solutions. Experience in fabrication and construction of hydrocarbon storage tanks. Degree and professional license required; minimum 3 years’ pharmaceutical industry experience.
