Our efforts are focused on safety and sustainability. **WORK LOCATION: Ciudad Juárez and Chihuahua City** **Position Objective:** As Environmental and Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects and operations comply with safety and environmental standards, particularly within the context of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE). Your experience and expertise will be essential to maintaining high standards in these areas and contributing to the company’s project success. **Responsibilities:** Daily Start-up Meeting Start-up Meetings for Operations Training sessions, awareness campaigns Preparation of work permits Environmental procedures Waste management Compliance with environmental legislation Compliance with STPS regulations Compliance with CFE regulations Evidence collection Completion of Environmental Logbook forms Safety checklists Preparation of monthly and final reports Development and placement of signage Implementation of OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) and EMS (Environmental Management System) campaigns Conducting drills Audit support Document control **Requirements:** · Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably in the electrical or energy sector, with experience in projects related to CFE. · In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, as well as CFE-specific regulations. · Analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work collaboratively and lead improvement projects. · Certifications or training related to environment and safety will be positively considered. · DC3 Construction · DC3 Working at Heights · DC3 Electrical Work · DC3 First Aid **Competencies:** · Results-oriented. · Focus on continuous improvement. · Analytical ability. · Leadership. · Commitment to safety and the environment. · Commitment to Continuous Improvement. **We Offer:** Competitive salary commensurate with experience and capabilities.
