Therefore, we seek committed, honest collaborators eager to join our UNSTOPPABLE FORCE as Business Operations Manager POSITION OBJECTIVE Execute business operation strategies to retain customers, incentivize and maximize credit line utilization; ensure achievement of national sales team commercial lending targets; identify and share best practices and/or opportunities for improvement. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate on and monitor strategic and tactical projects. **Identify commercial seasonality to:** Generate customer promotions, monitor sales contests, develop point-of-sale materials, identify and track operational efficiency, floor and street profitability, analyze information, and provide feedback to the operational network for continuous improvement. Directly manage branches and/or staff showing deviations and/or productivity lags. Monitor and control external audits and credit bureau procedures at branches. Maintain close follow-up with business areas to ensure proper implementation of operational management projects and initiatives. Support the design of training strategies for sales, collections, and administrative teams, and follow up on their execution. **Theoretical\-technical knowledge:** Sales/Collections/Branch Operations/Administration.
