




Job Summary: Training and OD Supervisor responsible for training needs assessment, plan development, technical matrix design, and organizational structure. Key Highlights: 1. Leads Training Needs Assessment and Annual Training Plan 2. Designs technical training matrix and performance evaluations 3. Develops job descriptions and key position profiles for the organization **TRAINING AND OD SUPERVISOR** **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct **TNA** (Training Needs Assessment). * Develop the **Annual Training Plan**. * Design and establish the **technical training matrix** for maintenance engineers. * Collaborate with engineers to design assessments for technical competency certification. * Prepare and update hiring and training records. * Budget and track authorized training proposals. * Coordinate logistics for training events and audit evidence (**ISO 9001:2015**). * Collect attendance lists and evaluations. * Design performance evaluations for **Nine Box**. * Design organizational structure * Develop **job descriptions and position profiles**. * Support on HR incidents: vacations, leaves of absence, attendance. **Essential Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Pedagogy, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Training Analyst and 1 year as a Training and Development Coordinator. * Demonstrable experience in: **DC\-1, DC\-2, DC\-3, DC\-4** * **SIRCE Platform** * Availability (occasional Saturday support required). **We Offer** * **Gross monthly salary:** $16,000 \- $18,000 * Statutory benefits from day one * Enhanced benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Work location: Miguel Hidalgo Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
