




Summary: The HR Manager leads HR administration, policies, and compliance, including EHS, fostering a balanced work environment and managing various HR programs. Highlights: 1. Supervise EHS activities & ensure legal compliance HR Manager is responsible to lead and maintain human resources administration, employee data, policies, and procedures inside the organization. Maintain compliance with federal employee labor law and government institutions. Promote a balanced work environment. In addition, the HR Leader directs environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance and manages process audit activity **Requirements** * Bilingual English/Spanish. * Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field. * \+5 Years of Proven work experience as HR Manager or similar role. * Experience with Federal Labor Law, STPS regulations, and EHS regulations and standards. **Responsibilities** * Lead HR administration, logistics \& compliance with global policies. * Manage recruiting, performance, compensation \& training programs. * Supervise EHS activities \& ensure legal compliance. * Handle labor relations, union negotiations \& legal issues. * Track HR metrics: headcount, turnover, absenteeism, performance. * Develop policies, organizational charts \& job descriptions. * Monitor budgets, HR systems \& recommend process improvements.
