




**JOB SUMMARY** The person responsible for the company's technical support. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Provide technical support to users and resolve technical issues. Configure and maintain computer and technological systems. Conduct software and hardware testing. Install and update software and hardware. Thoroughly document technical issues along with required solutions. Provide user training on the use of computer and technological systems. Plan network architecture and topology, including switches, routers, firewalls, and servers. Use tools to monitor network performance and security, and make adjustments as necessary. Implement security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access policies to protect the network. Diagnose and resolve network issues, which may include connectivity, speed, or security problems. Maintain communication with department vendors (including printing, internet, cybersecurity, CCTV, among others).
