In addition, the resort boasts six restaurants—including the iconic, oceanfront Cocina del Mar with intimate outdoor terraces along the shoreline—the Spa at Esperanza, four stunning swimming pools, tennis courts, access to world-class golf courses, a children’s club, a full-service pet program, and an Auberge Adventures menu of exclusive land- and sea-based experiences in Cabo. **Job Description** The incumbent is responsible for supervising that the Laundry and Uniforms departments operate within appropriate budgetary parameters and in a safe manner. **Requirements** **Duties and Responsibilities** * Ability to communicate effectively. * Available to work various shifts to fulfill duties and responsibilities. * Must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team. * Must work safely, prudently, and in an organized manner. * Must possess strong organizational skills. * Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. * Basic computer knowledge. * Ensure departmental policies and procedures are consistently followed. * Evaluate hotel operations to ensure effective coverage. * Administer progressive discipline to team members. * Ensure new team members receive appropriate training. * Assist the Laundry Manager with team member evaluations, payroll procedures and scheduling, and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and cleaning processes. * Maintain effective control of uniform inventory. * Conduct daily Rally meetings to update team members. * Properly review the guest laundry and dry-cleaning logbook. * Ensure services are delivered meeting all standards and in perfect condition. * Ensure team members use equipment and supplies properly. * Maintain appropriate stock levels of work materials. * Ensure established processes are followed for proper billing of guest services. * Uphold the company philosophy at all times. * Appropriately motivate staff. **Education Level** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. **Additional Information** Auberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
