Ability to diagnose problems and propose technological improvements. **Position Objective** Develop, maintain, and optimize applications and databases, as well as provide basic hardware maintenance support, ensuring proper operation of computer systems and equipment, and timely incident response and resolution for hardware and software issues. Candidates must possess programming skills, database administration expertise, and network configuration knowledge to deliver integrated solutions and efficient support to end users and enterprise systems. Capable of diagnosing problems, analyzing processes, and proposing technological improvements. Service-oriented, with effective communication skills, teamwork ability, and a results-driven mindset.
