**Job Objective:** Provide technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance for the organization’s computer systems, computing equipment, and networks, ensuring proper operation of the technological infrastructure and operational continuity. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (on-site or remote) regarding software, hardware, printers, networks, email, etc. * Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and corporate tools. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computing equipment and peripherals. * Administer and monitor local area networks (LAN), wireless networks (Wi\-Fi), and internet connections. * Perform data backups and collaborate on cybersecurity policies. * Document incidents, applied solutions, and maintenance performed. * Coordinate with external vendors for specialized support or equipment procurement. * Support implementation of new systems or technological upgrades. * Participate in managing inventories of technological equipment and software licenses. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** * Technical degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or related field (upper secondary or higher education level). **Experience:** * 1 year in similar positions **Technical Knowledge:** * Operating systems: Windows, Linux and/or macOS. * Office suites (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.). * Basic networking and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS). * Diagnostic and remote support tools. * Hardware installation and configuration. **Skills:** * Problem solving. * Customer service orientation and strong communication skills. * Teamwork. * Organization and prioritization. * Proactivity. **Working Conditions:** **Schedule:** Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) **Work Modality:** On-site **Location:** Av.
