We offer you a collaborative environment, continuous training, and the opportunity for professional growth.* **Requirements:** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Experience: 1 year or more in a similar position. * Knowledge of Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), Income Tax (ISR), and Fonacot. **Skills:** * Self-motivated. * Organizational skills. * Analytical ability. * Effective communication. * Customer service orientation. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * ERP system experience. **Responsibilities:** * Fonacot processing. * IMSS calculation. * Payroll calculation. * Reconciling payroll in ERP. * IDSE issuance download. * Generating SUA report (form). * Performing reconciliation (IDSE vs. SUA). * Generating SIPARE payment line. * Submitting incidents to clients. * Calculating severance payments and settlements. * Employee onboarding, terminations, and acknowledgments via IMSS portal. * Checking compliance opinions. * Payroll receipt stamping and delivery. * Assisting accountants with clarifications and queries. * Sending payroll (report) to client for authorization. * Correcting payroll per client request. * Providing client support to resolve questions and/or offer guidance. * Proper application and tracking of Infonavit amortizations. * Entering incidents into the ERP and performing corresponding tests. * Notifying Treasury of payroll validation for payment and invoicing. * Creating user accounts in systems and portals (IDSE, SIPARE, Infonavit Empresarial, Virtual Desktop, IMSS mailbox) for each client. **We Offer:** * Net salary $12,000.00 \- $14,000.00 (based on experience). * Statutory benefits \+ savings fund. * Reduced workweek. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
