We seek a candidate with real clinical expertise, confidence in surgical procedures, and the ability to explain and train other healthcare professionals. WHAT DOES THIS POSITION INVOLVE? This position involves **delivering theoretical and practical training** to physicians and dentists on the use of laser technology in dental and aesthetic procedures. The candidate will be responsible for explaining protocols, demonstrating procedures, resolving clinical questions, and ensuring correct and safe equipment usage. RESPONSIBILITIES * Deliver theoretical and practical training on dental laser technology. * Conduct clinical demonstrations and explain protocols. * Train physicians and specialists in the safe use of equipment. * Resolve technical and clinical questions during training sessions. * Participate in courses, training programs, and specialized events. * Support the development of clinical protocols and training materials. REQUIREMENTS * Degree and professional license as **Dental Surgeon / Dentist**. * Demonstrable experience in **dental surgery**. * Practical expertise in: * Oral surgery * Surgical extractions * Management of soft and hard tissues * Surgical suturing * Hemostasis control * Experience in **dental anesthesia**. * Desirable experience in: * Conscious sedation using nitrous oxide * Dental laser technology * Public speaking ability and capacity to explain clinical procedures. * Excellent interpersonal skills with healthcare professionals. * Availability to **travel**.
